Lead Wichita is committed to growing inclusive leadership through scholarships for its programming.

Through the Access & Inclusion Program, we give away GLS registrations at no cost to area non-profit organizations. We also sponsor Rising Leaders who demonstrate a financial barrier by providing registration to attend GLS and other supplemental support to allow for attendance.

Throughout the past five years, Lead Wichita has dedicated more than $50,000 to this area.
